The prices for delivery of goods from our site are fixed and do not depend on the weight and number of goods ordered.

  • The price of delivery to any Econt office in the country is BGN 6.49.

  • The price of delivery to any SPEEDY office in the country is BGN 4.49.

  • The price of delivery to ADDRESS with Econt in the country is BGN 7.49.

  • The price of delivery to an ADDRESS with SPEEDY in the country is BGN 5.99.

  • Orders over BGN 69. are shipped with FREE SHIPPING TO SPEEDY OFFICE

Delivery price with courier companies

After placing the order and confirming it, you will receive a letter to the e-mail address you specified during your registration.

In case of inaccuracies in the information on the order or additional questions, our associate will call you on the phone number left when placing the order.

In the event that one of the ordered items is not available, we will contact you by phone to clarify the order and delivery time.

Please note that the order will not be dispatched if the delivery details are incorrect or incomplete and we cannot contact you to clarify the issue within one working day.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or national holidays.

We aim to process, pack and deliver your order to the courier company within 1 to 3 working days.

Order processing

If you have selected door delivery, your order will be delivered to the address you have specified within the delivery day. The exact delivery time is determined according to the courier's individual schedule. When at the address, the courier will call you on the contact phone number left with the order.

The goods are delivered against the user's signature or to the address specified when the order was created. In the event of the impossibility of delivering the goods at the first visit to the address and person specified by the User, through no fault of the Supplier and/or the courier (in the event that there is no one at the address, etc.), the Supplier shall make an effort to contact the User at specified by the last phone within 2 /two/ working days, in order to specify a new moment for making the delivery.

IMPORTANT: All shipments from our online store are sent to the customer with an option to view before payment. The customer is obliged to open the shipment and check whether its integrity has been preserved in the PRESENCE of the courier. If the product is damaged or its quality is impaired, the customer is obliged to declare it to the courier at the time of delivery. Otherwise, the cost of the shipment and the delivery remain at the customer's expense! Online store is not responsible for damaged shipments that are not declared in the presence of a courier.
